My mom and I took the girls to the fireworks at Goodyear Ballpark and Sydney had a blast! She got her first cotton candy and then jumped in the bounce houses they had. We then got ice cream in preperation for the big show. There were so many people there that we decided to go out to the car to watch the fireworks. The first couple scared poor miss Hayden who was hot and overtired (the fireworks didn't start until 9:30 and she is usually asleep by 7). I had forgotten how loud they are. After the first few she got used to the noise and actually watched them. Sydney was so excited and said that it was the best day of her life. It was worth fighting the crowds and being in the heat just to see her excitement.

You are far braver than I!!! Thought it too hot and too loud for the G-unit! Maybe next year for us, but glad the girls enjoyed the fun time!!
You are such a good mommy. We did not want to get out in that heat so no fireworks at our house. Poor Maddie. Sydney definitely looks like she's having the time of her life. So cute!
